I ordered two of these coolers because they have the long lasting ball bearing fans. They shipped the wrong model - the cheaper one with the sleeve bearings. Tiger accepted my return but what a hassle because some warehouse goof can't read directions. I still want drive coolers but I'll try and get them from a more reliable source now.
