I have enjoyed this product for about a month. I feel greater energy. It is easy to drink,no bad side effects, although I do chase it with a glass of juice because I am not fond of mint flavor.

My whole family will drink this and most of them are fast food junkies so needless to say I am thrilled with it! Other things I have tried don't get past the first sip. Great way to get your greens in.

Greens First is a good source of antioxidants. I have used this product for the past several years and find that it increases my energy level and feeling of well-being. I definitely prefer the taste when it is mixed with orange juice as opposed to plain water! I also definitely prefer the taste of Greens First to other similar products I have tried.
