Editorial Review: A masterful DJ, John Digweed has been playing in nightclubs since the age of 16. With a succesful career and consistent US tour dates, John is undoubtedly one of the most popular names in dance music. In addition, he's a broadcaster, a producer, a promoter, and an active A&R executive, working hard to give new artists their first break, on his decks or on vinyl. Together with Fabric Records, John presents Fabric 20, featuring tracks and remixes by Pete Moss, Martin Solveig, Angel Alanis, Michael Mayer, DJ Rasoul, Josh Wink, Slam, and many more.

Rating: - Favorite Digweed Mix
Fabric 20....wow. This cd is really good to say the least, its alot more different then his other work but this one does not disappoint, and because its so different, Fabric 20 by John Digweed is my favorite piece of work by...John Digweed.
You cant go wrong on this cd, I have had it for 3 years now and its still being played. Songs like "Forgive and forget" and "In the dark" to me make this a great purchase. "In the dark" however didnt become my personal favorite until recently though...weird. ... Read More
Rating: - A Parmount Mix For Both Digweed and Fabric Records
John Digweed has never been one of my favorite DJ's and Fabric Records is not a great label in my opinion. However, this 20th release goes to show that you just never know with the world of electronica.
Fabric 20 is a stunner of an album which has Digweed out of his comfortable trance and progressive niche that he usually resides in. Just as Dave Seaman did with his disc 1 set on Renaissance: Desire, Digweed indulges us with a mix predominantly featuring house tracks. The result is another ... Read More
Rating: - Not at all what I expected, having heard fabric18
Too bad i couldn't hear a sample before buying it! Fabric 18 is a lot better than this! Too bad, and a waste off money in my humble opinion!
Rating: - A Digweed Surprise
There is a saying about John Dignweed - listen to his performance, and you will hear the electronic music of tomorrow. One who at one time pioneered the progressive genre, looks in the crystal ball and lays down minimal, electric, subdued beats. If you don't like what you hear from the start, give it a few tries before dismissing it - you'll appreciate it. The high points are the instantly recognizable chords of Adam Johnson "Traber", the dramatic rock-like Infusion "Better World" chopped-up by Josh Wink, ... Read More
Rating: - Worst Fabric Mix to Date
I've been a Fabric subscriber since before Nov. 1999 (since before Craig Richards volume was even released). This is one of only three Fabric mixes I've sold second-hand (the others being Rob Da Bank's volume (too discordant - too many genres that don't fit together well) and Rub N Tug's (just boring)). Digweed's been off his game for some time now (since the Hong Kong GU I reckon) and, although he is trying to branch out into new sounds, his mixes of late are still boring and can easily put someone to sleep. ...
