Editorial Review: After a successful first season, Chuck Connors returned in 1965 to reprise the role of Jason McCord in Branded. The Army following the Battle at Bitter Creek branded McCord, a West Point graduate and decorated Cavalry Officer, a coward. He is disgraced in the eyes of the world, but as he travels throughout the Old West, he proves the label repeatedly false. Whatever trouble he rides into, Jason McCord finds a way to get justice and redemption for those in need of help.

Rating: - Connors at his best!
Loved both The Rifleman and Branded series as a kid. Both highlighted Chuck Connors range as an actor & he always delivered the goods. So happy to now have the complete "official" Branded series on DVD (still waiting for the complete Rifleman series - but at least we're getting to enjoy it right now on the Encore Western Channel :)
Rating: - CHUCK CONNORS FAN
I LIKED THIS SERIES, FIRST TIME SEEING THIS, I DO NOT ENJOY THE MUSIC IN THE BEGINNING BUT THE SHOWS ARE VERY ENJOYABLE. CHUCK CONNORS DOES A FINE JOB IN THESE SHOWS

This is part of my history. I Can remember setting down and watching this program with my grandfather, it was on of my favorite western TV shows. I AM very happy to be an owner of this series

I never cease to be amazed at what a misjudged man can do with a broken saber. Calling him a coward is not enough, you must also bother the ladies. This is a character study, a moral play, a religious experience. Watching this series in the 60's helped me prepare for the US Marines in the 70's.
Rating: - Full Realeased!
Now the complete run of this great Western Series is out.I think it is the first of the Classic Western Shows who had become that treatment. Im very thankful to own them.I give five Stars, though the shows are a little cut from the Original. The Picture is a little bit unsharp sometimes, because they are not digitally remastered. But you can look over this minor failures.
Now in color Branded truly shines. The Episodes in the first season were a little bit better on narration and in this season ... Read More
