Rating:  - Our daughter loves it.
There are three CD in the package. Two of them we don't use. The other has been our toddler's favorite since she was one year old (she's two and three months now).
One of the first words she said was "Didi" after the duckling.
There are 6 games, each with two levels, and several songs she likes. The duckling moves even if she does not touch the keyboard, and she can use the mouse or just press a key. Easy, nice looking and fun (especially for her).
Rating:  - Don't Waste Your Money!
I don't know who copied who, but Jumpstart and Reader Rabbit have VERY similar software offerings - only Reader Rabbit did it right! (I am referring to the Reader Rabbit Baby and Toddler software CD.) While they both offer similar activities, Reader Rabbit is charming, interactive , engaging and fun.... Jumpstart is NOT. This is a huge waste of money... very boring... entertained my daughter for about two minutes...
Rating: - A cartoon for the computer.
You might as well turn on the Cartoon Network and have your kids veg in front of the TV - same educational value and less money!
Rating: - Waste of a lot of money
I bought this software for my 2 year old and while it helps him gain control of the mouse and the idea of working with the computer, $30 is way, way, way overpriced!
For the price of a modern game they offer 80s style graphics on a handful of short games that are even too boring for a 2yr old and it teaches nothing new.
I'm positive that the various (...)children software out there do the exact same thing as this does.
