Rating: - I don't know what to rate this item!
This game is great! Lots of fun, awesome graphics, very realistic sound and commentary, etc. The only problems with this game are the minorly sloppy instant replay transitions, and they don't show the names of the opponents on other teams. I would, maybe, give this game a 4, but the good things rule out the bad, for the most part. Still, highly recommended.
Rating: - Good, not great
Everyone should have NHL 2k7 or 8 by now, but whatever. I picked this game up at the used game shop, and maybe you will too since it's like $10 now.

Rating: - NHL 2K6
The last NHL game I bought for my Playstation was NHL 2000. NHL 2K6 is a big, big upgrade since then. I love the graphics and the ease of play. The game is so realistic that I find it better than some of the games I see televised on TV.
Rating: - very good
there are glitches on this game, but it is a very good game for the price you pay for it.

This year I decided to buy ESPN NHL 2k6 because it was cheaper than NHL 06, but what I found is it is also really bad. The gameplay just flat out sucks and the graphics are not that good as well. The commentators, Bob Cole and Harry Neale make the game boring. Here are the problems with the gameplay of ESPN NHL 2k6:
1. the so called hit-stick sucks because every time you use it, the referee calls a penalty and within 5 seconds you could be on a 3-5 penalty kill.
2. it is way to easy to score ... Read More
