Rating:  - Bad claims on Hardware installations
I saw this item on a web site advertised with a 22 in LCD Monitor X2Gen Brand. This was supposed to be the mount for this monitor. I double checked on the manufactures page, and it also agreed. I ordered it, and got it mounted and then found out that it lined up with the holes on the monitor, but none of the screws were small enough to screw into the monitor. Did some hunting, and searching in town to find out that it took 3 mm screws which were hard enough to find. Then I got it mounted just ... Read More
Rating: - Good for the job.
This would be excellent, were it not for missing screws and the instructions. Installation requires equipment to detect studs; once you find the stud, use a sufficiently long drill to enable the (very deep) screws, otherwise driving the screws into the stud can be a challenge. When it is all done you get a great solution to flexible TV viewing.
Rating:  - You get what you pay for
I ordered this mount for a Sharp 20 inch LCD and it's not that great. It was very easy to install, however, the arm when fully outstretched does not sit level. Thus when the TV is pulled away from the wall, the set is not level and very annoying to look at. I don't believe this is a fault in the actual part, but the design of the arm. This was relatively inexpensive for a wall mount - and you get what you pay for.
