I bought this program after much research, showing many glowing reviews. Maybe the program is good for geeks who know how to set it up, but I don't want to spend my life adjusting the settings, especially since I don't know what I'm doing. It sometimes interferes with normal (presumably safe) Internet use, requiring me to check and adjust the settings, but I am guessing every time I do this. I may be making my computer LESS safe. Zone alarm has a lot of nice features. Parental controls work great with website filtering.It does take some time to load .It does have some program conflict issues.The real downside to this program it seems to be plagued with license key problems.I purchased a full year of program service and my license key for this product expired two times within the first four months.With out warning you computer works unprotected with no fire wall or anti virus .
