ViewSonic VX2235WM 22" Wide LCD Monitor
The monitor performs very well. Colors are crisp. When the monitor is set on its recommended resolution, the font is too small for some people comfortably to read. Therefore, we have reduced the resolution setting. We like to wide screen.

The monitor functions as advertised. I had misgivings about the product when I installed it: it seemed blurry in certain areas and I was concerned that it may have been damaged. I used the "Auto Image Adjust" feature and all of my problems went away.

I've had this monitor for 2 months now. It's sharp and clear. I do a lot of spreadsheet processing and Photoshop work and the image quality is excellent.
At it's optimum resolution, 1680x1050, I find the font on all programs and web pages too small, but I simply hit Ctrl+ and I'm good to go. Still sharp and clear.

Rating: - Fantastic LCD for the price!
The colors are wonderful and the images are crisp. I use my LCD mostly for e-mail, internet, and word processing. Photos pictures are great too. The built in speakers are nice and the unit is sleek and very easy to setup. This is a great monitor. I am very happy with it.

I bought this on a whim, on sale at Circuit City to replace my LaCie CRT. At first I noticed that the text was a lot more fuzzier than my CRT and the color was way off. I spent about 2 hours trying different settings until they as close as I could get to acceptable. Later I noticed that the monitor was darker at the top and gets lighter as you go down, so a solid block of color appears as a gradation.
