Everything I have cooked so far has been a huge hit with my family. I was laughing so hard at the first part of her book my kids thought I lost my mind, but the mental image was all so real. I would recommend this for anyone trying to eat better. Also anyone who wants to know more about the ranch!

This is another great book by Deirdre Imus. The story in the front of the book before the recipes is great and the recipes are yummy and can easily be altered with different ingredients that we all have on hand if you wanted to. Rating: - Not vegan
This is a great cookbook but...it's not vegan. Many of the recipes contain egg. I was so hopeful to find a whole cookbook dedicated to vegan food. Many of the recipes are wonderful, but the book should not advertise itself as being vegan because it's not.
