Each processing core has a 512 KB L2 cache (for a 1 MB total), and this processor can deliver up to a 1600 MHz system bus for lightning quick computing reflexes. Low price, low quality, low level of service. When it works, it's a fine laptop, but...
1) The webcam keeps disappearing from the system setup, and you need to re-install it every time you wanna use it.
2) Microsoft's update and HPS's update "compete," and one will tell you to update a driver, then the next one will want to replace that driver with its own (the previous one), and so on.
3) Slow to boot as HP has it loaded with all its own software (stuff nobody needs).

Awesome computer and service! Some compatibility issues with Vista but they'll work out soon when others upgrade their software.
