Rating: out of 5 stars - An Accurate Account of Life Back Then.
Bill is just a (funny) guy who turned eventually into just a man, Along the way, his stories of life are well worth reading. Baby boomers won't believe any of it, thinking he made it all up -- but, hey, there are plenty of us around who remember how good life was in "our" good old days. It wasn't money which made us somebody but family ties and talent. Battles were won by the clever, not merely the powerful. Rating: out of 5 stars - Great Humorous Reading
I love this book! This book is just like so many guys and he doesn't apologize for it! He hams it up and makes it both fun and funny! I'm amazed to see several reviews that aren't great: I loved it and will read it again in a few months! I bought it full price and am glad for my investment! It's on loan to a friend at this moment!

Rating: out of 5 stars - The laughs just keep on comming
What can I say....Just as everything always is, "Just A Guy" by Bill Engvall was a great book. I bought it for my husband for his birthday and it was money well spent.

Rating: out of 5 stars - Not funny
I purchased this Audio CD because I watched Bill Engvall on Blue Collar Comedy and thought he was funny, but i was terribly disappointed with this book.
