You are Travis Touchdown, a normal guy (with an otaku geek streak) who wins a Beam Katana through an online auction and uses the weapon to start a new career as a professional killer. One day, an assassin named Helter Skelter appears before Travis and the two face off in a battle. Travis emerges victorious and finds himself in the presence of Silvia Christel, a mysterious French woman who claims to be an agent with the UAA. Silvia gives Travis official rank of 11 in the organization. Now, it's up to you to become #1. No More Heroes takes place in the city of Santa Destroy, and you are free to explore the town to your liking, taking on missions large and small to collect money and purchase new weapons as you work up towards the 10 main killing contracts. Gameplay is all about using your Beam Katana (via Wii remote) to defeat enemies.

Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Rating: out of 5 stars - cool, hip, stylized anime-like pop culture american japanese hybrid fun.
out of the the wii games i have, this is the most original, although not the greatest, but it is fun once you get going. the graphics are anime style with content that infuses japanese and american pop culture references throughot the game. it's not for young kids due to the graphic violence and sexual inuendos, and its not for the hardcore gamer either. but it is perfect for the occasional gamer like myself who isnt very good at video games, but like to play um anyway. remember the anime sequence ... Rating: out of 5 stars - Great Wii Exclusive
In case Anybody miss it, this game was first planned for the xbox 360,
but the way they implement the use of the wiimote it's what makes this game a must have for any wii owner.

Rating: out of 5 stars - Very Repetitive Game
I played this game for about 30 mins and almost fell asleep playing. Its not very exciting doing the same thing OVER and OVER and OVER. I rented the game over the weekend and I am soooo glad that I did not buy this game.

Rating: out of 5 stars - not good
controls - run around hitting the "A" button

visuals - looks like a ps1 game

little things that make the game a bit funny - like sitting on the toilet to save the game - get old real fast.

Rating: out of 5 stars - I'm on the fence about this game
After playing this game for a few hours and doing some of the boss battles, I kept waiting for the game to really grab me. But it never did. It's somewhat reminiscent of the GTA series with the free roam mode and the crudeness of characters. This game actually sort of reminded me of Kill Bill if you've ever seen the movie. Saying that there is a lot off blood in this game is a drastic understatement. The storyline if fun and the idea is very cool. You are a nobody that accidentally got in to ... Read More
