This is the absolute best workout and nutrition diary out there, and it's perfect for the bride and groom who are working hard to get in shape for the wedding (and for life after the wedding). With plenty of space for recording plans and progress, plus Suzanne's smart tips, this is a phenomenal tool for staying accountable, bouncing back from slipups, focusing on your goals in a healthy way, and making progress. If you're planning your wedding, invest in this book. And get one for the groom so that you can partner on your fitness goals. It's a terrific investment in your wish to look and feel fabulous on the wedding day, and it's also an outstanding keepsake to look back on after the wedding (as in, "Wow, I did a great job with my dedication to my goals"). Add it to your shopping list and pick this one up along with all your wedding planning books.

Being a Personal Fitness Trainer, I give all my new clients one of these before they start their program. It allows them to monitor their progress along with me. It is a wonderful tool full of information and helpful tips to help them achieve their personal fitness goal.

If you are bodybuilding and do more then 3 sets then this book is not for you. There is not enough space to write in your info for sets and reps and weight. There is alot of space for other stuff and has good tips but if you are a bodybuilder try lift log.

It is the best in the market. The design is of the log is easy to use and generous with space to write note. It is more used for general fitness than serious weight lifter. Usually, it takes a few months to notice result in weight training, as such, I have to keep a stack of logs to compare my results. It would also be good if there is a space to attach photo of my physics. The log would be wonderful if the format of data entry is compatible with online diary such as www.doitech.com/fitness that I used and mobile phone.
