Rating: - Blacked out completely after a few months
Off warranty, of course. It worked fine for several months then started looking pinkish for a couple of days then blacked out completely. Spend the money for a decent brand.
Rating: - TERRIFIC
I bought my 17" KOGI lcd flat screen monitor used about 6 months ago it was so new looking you couldn't tell it had ever been used. I bought a new 17" monitor(different brand) approx a mth later thru Tigerdirect and it does not have the crisp clear quality my KOGI does. I am trying to find another two to purchase for my daughters. I would highly recommend a KOGI monitor to anyone.
Rating: - BEWARE
I also bought this monitor. It worked great for a few months, then color changed, got grainey and went out of center. Tried to reset it ?? like they said and it did not work. Called for warranty and yes...3 months full warranty and the rest of the year we have to pay for repair, freight, etc. So i guess i dump it and buy another one !! BEWARE...I would not purchase another one of Kogi's. BUYER BEWARE PLEASE...
Rating: - WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP!
After I bought this item, it worked fine until a couple months later it wouldn't display a single thing! I tried calling the company but they said that the repair would be out of my pocket! This item is a disgrace to the computer monitor industry! DON'T BUY IT! BUY A SONY OR SAMSUNG INSTEAD!
Rating: - Not bad for the money
For this low price, the KoGi L7CH is a very decent 17" LCD monitor. It won some kind of PC magazine award for its text and picture clarity, although I wish the contrast ratio were higher. Response time is also a bit on the high side, but again, this is a value monitor and a good choice if your budget is tight (and whose isn't these days?). The warranty is skimpy, so be sure to buy from a reputable store like Amazon just in case something goes wrong shortly after you purchase it. I bought two of these for clients and neither one had dead pixels.
