Comments: I was disappointed by this purchase. I did contact the seller about some concerns but he did not follow up to my level of satisfaction. He advertised "It includes original accessories FREE EXTRAS (worth $40USD", he substituted the original software with a homemade copy and the HotSinc cradle that came from PALM originally with an alternate sinc/power cable.
