Rating: - Good for "before and after"!
This book was purchased for my husband, following total knee replacement(of one leg, the other to follow....some day). He found the book to be very informative, and wished that he had read it before he had his initial surgery! It has also been helpful in his rehabilition, and highly recommends it.
Rating: - FANTASTIC
A MUST READ for anyone preparing for a total knee replacement. It provides exercises to prepare for surgery that will help the patient recuperate faster. Most importantly, it cites exercises from week one to the patient's first year and lifelong care of the tkr. Rating: - I wish I had known about this book earlier
I did not discover this book until my 9th week after surgery. It is still a help, but I sure wish I had known about it b-4 the surgery. I am going to give a copy to my Doctor when I see him in a few weeks.
Rating: - Total Knee Replacement and Rehabilitation
My husband is 4 weeks post knee replacement surgery, and this book has been our Bible. I wish we had bought it sooner, but it has been very helpful. It tells what to expect and how to rehab! His physiotherapist and doctor have both approved!
