I will never again purchase a textbook in our university bookstore as long as I can find it on half.com. It was easy and the price was excellent.

This is a new seller so I can see why she may have made the mistake of sending me the wrong book. I bought the lab manuel to the text and she sent me the textbook. I emailed her and she said she was going to give me my money back but I never did receive it. Mistakes happen but my teacher of course did not care, I order the text a week prior to school so when I received the wrong book, it put me in a bind. This book is good to get the key points (barely). It has some questions and practice review games and some scenarios for each chapter. But the reviews for each chapter are short and the multiple choice answer do not provide any feedback why it is wrong or right. It would be much better to get a study partner and each quiz each other by randomly turning to a page and asking questions. I don't really use the book anymore other then for the multiple choice questions (which only takes me about 10min each ... Read More

Very well written book...we are not using it per say , but it is a good reference and the small handbook that goes with it is the best to have on you.
