This book really ties it all together. Over the years I have read many of the better known diet books. While many are contradictory, virtually all of them agree that sugar should be avoided, if not eliminated from the diet.

are abundant in this book. If the whole goal is to work the ATP/CP and Glycolytic system (glucose as source of energy) then why would you refrain from ingesting carbohydrates. He suggests you never get info from a fitness magazine yet one of his sources is from Muscle and Fitness 1997. Don't waste money on all the hype.

I have been reading about low carb diet since Dan Duchaine Bodyopus and other bodybuilding reference site & or books. There seems to be much disagreement to what is best for optimum result & health. This 1 book has brought enough evidence on the table to get me to try the plan the moment I finished reading.... I highly recommend the book... The plan, time will tell but I do not see how it would fail.
